Private Boating Lessons
Become more confident and practice basic boating skills on your boat! Three hours of hands-on instruction by a USCG licensed Captain. These lessons are catered to meet your individual needs. Whether you want to become more proficient at docking/undocking, navigating local waterways, vessel safety, what to do in an emergency, or basic boating tips, we have you covered!
Captaining Services
Want to enjoy a day on the water without having to worry about driving the boat? We also offer captaining services where a licensed USCG Captain will spend the day with you on your boat. We meet you at your boat and pilot the vessel while you enjoy a relaxing day on the water. Whether it's a sunset cruise, trip to a local sandbar or restaurant, or simply moving your boat from point A to B, we can accommodate.
Captain’s license course
Ever wanted to obtain your Captain’s License? Carolina Boating School is now offering a USCG Approved Captain’s Course in the Wilmington, NC area. A 6-pack OUPV license is required for experienced mariners looking to operate uninspected fishing charters, dive boats, sightseeing boats, ferries and sailing charters. A “6-pack” license is required for anyone operating a vessel with 6 or less passengers for hire. Contact us today for more information!
